VerityBeyond BPM - GRC Main Dashboard - Request general workflow
On the main dashboard, begin with the customer management view, where you can onboard, update, and define a customer.
To initiate a service request SOP workflow for a customer, Select the customer Activities My Workflows select an SOP workflow.
Start order
, this will initiate the SOP workflow to manage the certification / order request for the customer.
In the same way, a certification workflow can be run for a customers asset, Select the customer Manage asset select the asset

How to make a new request New Request

Making a request
This form is used by an internal application user to initiate some sort of request. Once the user opens a request, its assigned to the default workflow. A new Request to the client starts by completing the requester ID, the SOP order ID is by default, a subject title, details, date and finally a supporting file attachment is required.
Sending a request to a new site domain from a customer to an organization, the customer should
provide clear details about their needs or concerns, including any relevant information attachments, dates or specific requirements, and submit this through the request section
.
Once it has been sent, the receiver will get an email in their respective inbox letting them know of the message details.

Open Request Result Page
By clicking on therequester's name
of an existing request, it will take you to the
open request page.
here you can add detailed information and even attach a document to be downloaded
later for the user. Now click Submit
to finally enter the updated information. The request will be queued as an SOP workflow order, so the business users can process and work on the request. The workflow for all standard requests is called Default.

to show all your requests that you have raised in the database, here you will see the requester information or email, the subject of the request, SOP ID, status, date and time it was process.
